Elevate your ramen for your very own, Momofuku noodle bar experience. There are many different toppings you can add, here are some that we enjoy!
Ingredients
Sweet corn
Soy Marinated Egg
Pork Belly/Bacon - Stop by Schuby's for this!
Seared Baby Bok Choy
Nori - seaweed paper
sautéed Mushrooms
Crispy Chow Mein Noodles
Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Marinated ToFu
Green Onion
Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare each topping you have chosen for your ramen. You will want to have each ingredient prepared before you begin cooking the noodles.
2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
3. Once cooked, reserve 2 cups of pasta cooking water and transfer to a separate pot before draining and rinsing your noodles. This will be used to create your broth.
4. Add sauce packet, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder and bring broth to a boil.
5. Place ramen noodles in a serving bowl and pour broth over the noodles until they are almost covered.
6. Add in all of your desired toppings and enjoy!
